Tucked away in the mountains of Northwestern Montana, at the edge of the shadows of the glacier capped mountains sits Glacier Labrador Retrievers.  We are a small hobby breeder; all our puppies are raised in a family environment to ensure excellent socialization with people as well as other animals.  We do not believe in kennels or kennel dogs as we have found this has very adverse effects on a dogs health, both mentally and physicaly, this is then passed along to their puppies, therefore all of our dogs are house pets as well as "breeding stock".  Our dogs and their pups have the run of the house and an acre of fenced yard during the day and at night, some sleep in pet crates while others sleep on the bed, and this rotates so they all have the same opportunities.  We take enormous pride in our breeding practices, looking closley at genitics and temprament.  This all may require a lot more work, but the higher quality is well worth it.  You might say in this tim eof everything being automated, we still dig in and provide a personnal touch.

Our number one goal is to breed puppies that will grow to do well in the show ring, the field, as a service dog, or as a family pet.

 We are in the process of building what will come to be the best Silver breeding program that you will be able to find anywhere. We are dedicated to producing the best quality, type, and genetics that you will be able to find. Genetics featuring generations of clearances that were unheard of until now.
